Environnement calme

Parfait !

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, c'était très agréable. Très bonne literie, chambre très propre, assez calme. Le petit déjeuner était excellent !

Hôtel convenable mais moyen

Établissement propre et correct. Cependant uniquement le petit déjeuner m’a été proposé, pas de repas du soir et aucune indication ni par le personnel, ni en chambre pour se restaurer. Un plateau avec bouilloire et thé / café mis à disposition mais pas de cuillère. Ouverture des wc donnant face à la fenêtre donc obligé de fermer le volet. Je ne prendrais pas cet hôtel si je dois m’y rendre avec mon mari.

Pas de restauration le vendredi soir

D'habitude nous dînons à l'hôtel et là malheureusement pas de restauration le vendredi soir. Vu l'emplacement de l'hôtel, obligé de reprendre la voiture pour trouver un restaurant. Nous n'étions pas les seuls à être déçus. En plus la personne qui accueille est très mal aimable.

Arriver, dans une chambre avec une moquette mouille, odeur très désagréable et en prime des araignées. Niveau propreté 0. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette hotel. Je conseille vivement à toutes personnes à réfléchir à deux fois avant de réserver car vous allez très déçu. Le prix est chere pour ce qu'on a pu trouver.

Personnel très aimables,attentionnés,recevant la clientèle avec le sourire.
La chambre est parfaite , aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur.
Dîner, succulent avec un bon choix de plats.
Petit déjeuner, copieux avec là aussi un choix important.
Quand je reviendrai dans la région je n'hésiterai pas de retenir une chambre au Campanile de Villeneuve sur Lot – Pujols

réaction tardive mais je tiens à signaler une réception par le responsable?ahurissantenous faisons de petits séjours répétitifs dans l'année et priviligions jusqu'à présent les hôtels CAMPANILE chaîne que nous délaisserons désormais.La beauté du site a été gachée par cette entrée en matière que nous n'avions jamais connue.Et comble de tout la sortie a été tout aussi catastrophique.Il nous a été demandé de payer ce que nous avions fait au préalable par carte bleue sous prétexte que ce n'était qu'une caution.Résultat débité 2 fois.Après réclamation de ma part bien sûr ,nous avons reçu un chèque de remboursement (rapidement )
avec un commentaire succint sur un post it "avec toutes nos excuses pour cette petite erreur"

Redelijke prestatie

Hotel en kamer zoals bekend van Camponile. Redelijk schone kamer, wel een beetje oud en afgeleefd. Airco en filters extreem vies met veel opgehoopt stof.

An excellent little hotel where we were made to feel very welcome.

We received a friendly and pleasant welcome and advice about the town. The hotel is much bigger than it looks from the road and includes a garden where guests can have breakfast on warm summer days. The whole place was exceptionally clean and well kept. We had delicious home made plum jam with our breakfast and were able to buy a couple of jars to take home with us. We will open it at Christmas when I am sure it will remind us of our lovely September stay!

Lovely place, very good service manager spoke good English, and was able to store my bike.

The staff went above & beyond. We were escorted to our room & shown in person all facilities.
We had a problem with our car & Eric was a star in assisting with this.
Breakfast was the best continental we've had – homemade yoghurt & jams (the apricot & lavender was superb).
A wee hidden gem. Do not be put off by 2 stars ( probably because there is no Aircon or tea/coffee in room) as they couldn't do enough for you.

Memorable breakfast. Worth it for that alone.

The hotel was easy to find and there was free parking in the street right outside. The room was pleasant and met our needs nicely. The breakfast was outstanding, probably my best hotel breakfast for a very long time. Home made yogurt, a range of delicious home made conserves, fresh fruit, local prunes, bread and pastries with as much coffee as we wanted, all served outside pretty courtyard by charming and friendly staff.

Made the best of difficult conditions.

We arrived at the hotel about noontime, and we were warmly welcomed. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Our breakfast was delicious. We will stay here again without hesitation should a travels require a stay.

The host was very accommodating and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We only stayed one night for a stop over and it was perfect for us. Thank you for having us. Didn’t have the breakfast so can not comment on that.

Perfectly adequate clean and well looked after Hotel which we will consider again, value for money.

December , a one night stay. We are happy to choose this friendly Hotel again if we return to the area. The weather was close to freezing, no worries, the central heating worked well , our room 33 was clean and cosy, with all we needed for one nights stay. The breakfast room was warm and cheerful, our car was inside the garage at the end of the garden. The member of staff looking after us was lovely and so helpful. The proximity of a good fish restaurant, which was walkable in four minutes, was our main reason for choosing this location, Also close by is the Train station and the centre of Villeneuve, which is interesting for its Halle on the riverside, Saturday morning market and Christmas market.

Very comfortable and relaxing.

Traditional style, very clean, room was quiet although Hotel was very close to the town centre.
Staff were always very helpful, professional and friendly.
The breakfast had great variety with jams and yoghurt made by the Hotel owner which were very good.
It was very hot during our stay , there is no air conditioning in the rooms but the fans provided cooled the room brilliantly.

Quiet street and lot of space for parking (we parked both nights in front of the entrance). We also liked the breakfast (not included) and the court yard where is served in summer.

Room is old and double bed is not very comfortable.

Super clean, Sauna, Jacuzzi, excellent hosts, one of the best places I had the chance to stay in recent months, I was working but it felt like a little holiday, excellent hosts, very kind, highly recommend!

Netflix, très propre.. Rien a redire, pour le prix c'est vraiment impeccable ! J'y retournerai bien volontiers hors travail pour profiter plus pleinement des options tel que le jacuzzi/piscine !!

Un nouvel an de charme

Réservation pour le nouvel an en famille et amis (20 personnes).
Un cadre génial, des propriétaires accueillants et très sympas.
Équipements irréprochables, propre, pleins de petits détails sympathiques (le livre dans le couloir ouvert à la page de la "Saint Sylvestre"), une terrasse mi couverte immense dont nous avons pu profiter tout le weekend… vivement la prochaine visite aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine et du tennis😊
