A very comfortable 5 person stay at Old Town Comfort by Irini”

The hotel was excellently located in the outskirts of old Town, very close to everything but away from all the noise. The staff and owner were very nice and accommodating and helped us a lot with recommendations, early check in and check out. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The three person room had a big balcony as well while the 2 person room had a smaller one. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and we would book again the next time we visit Kos.

Location was amazing, in the middle of the town but not by the busiest street. Owner very sweet old lady, she gave us little gift. Apartment was big enough for three people and very clean. We were very happy about choice and for sure will be back one day 😉

As three women we were missing other mirror than one in the bathroom, maybe this could be improved.
Also, additional AC in other bedroom would be perfect but we were also fine without it.

Wonderful modern apartment”

Wonderful modern first-floor apartment that I found to be clean, comfortable, and with all the facilities I needed. Easy check-in/out, and the host was responsive and available. The location was about a 12 minute walk from the port and was in the heart of the town but wasn't excessively noisy. I would definitely stay here again.

Just a small thing, but a high shower head holder would be useful as trying to shower with one hand is tricky.

The room was perfect, even better than we expected. The location is perfect, communication smooth and perfect, very clean and Irini was really nice!
And the AC works perfectly also!

I stayed in these apartments for 3 nights. Myself and my partner travelled over from Turkey on the ferry where we were on holiday. The apartments were spotlessly clean and catered for all our needs. It was in a prime location very close to restaurants bars shops beach and the harbour. I was absolutely delighted when l seen how close we were to everything. The family who owned the apartments were extremely helpful and so friendly. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. I would definitely stay here again if l return to Kos. There was nothing l didn't like.

The room was good location. There were a lot of bars and restaurants to walk to. It was clean. The only thing was the pool was tiny. It was super crowded. One person next to the other on lounge chairs. Not my idea of being at a swimming pool like sardines. If you dont want to use the pool all good.

コスタウンのメルケズに近く、徒歩圏内にたくさんのレストランやバー、また観光施設があります。
ホテルは清潔でスタッフもとても親切でした。
残念な点は、私たちの3階の部屋からは海が見えなかったこと（もう少し上の階なら見えたかも）と、バスタブの栓が壊れていて水を抜けなかったことです（これもそんなに珍しいことではないかもしれませんが）。
総合的にはとても良いホテルでした。

Nice hotel great location ”

I really like Costa Palace hotel. Nice bi g rooms great location. Except the receptionist Marina ( who can drive you crazy with no problem solving abilities ), all the staff is nice and friendly. A special thank to the front desk manager who upgraded my reservation to a sea view room. I highly recommend Costa Palace Hotel.

A Gem of a place ”

We have just returned from the Kosta Palace and have to say we weren't disappointed. A beautiful place right on the harbour, rooms a good size beautiful roof top pool with snack bar and stunning views. Staff cannot be faulted each and everyone polite and friendly.

A real gem in the Aegean”

I come back to Kosta Palace again and again over many years. So lucky to find this beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Really safe for a solo woman traveller

Good choice, except it's noisy”

The hotel location is central to Kos town, right next to the pier for the ferry to Bodrum. Staff is hard-working, and the best receptionist in the world is Fitnet, whose warm smile would melt even a Yeti! Breakfast, which in my case was included in the price of the room, is exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes. The rooms are a good size, and clean. All would have been fine if it wasn't for the incessant noise: the banging of the doors, and the loud, endless yakking from guests and staff, is round the clock. I asked for a quiet room, and was given one facing the inner courtyard. Several people kept yelling across balconies, making conversation from different floors. Moreover, some guests were smoking, and the sevond-hand smoke made it unpleasant to sit on the balcony. Even with ear plugs the noise kept me up until 4:00AM, and this was out of season. I can't imagine the racket when the season is in full swing! Walls are paper thin, and the tiled corridors make sounds resonate. Sounds are amplified and bounce off the tile and cement walls. The hotel should install quieter doors, or at the very least post signs to remind its guests to be quiet after midnight. The fact that I couldn't sleep a wink despite being dead-tired after flying across half the world, make me unwilling to recommend this hotel. Personally, I wouldn't certainly NOT return.

Beautifully decorated apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable bed and separate living area. Great location close to local restaurants and the beach with just a short walk to the Old Town.

It’s such a cute and comfortable location!
The beach and a lot of restaurants are directly next to the house. The check in was very easy and the hosts are so lovely, we felt very welcomed and would recommend this place a lot!

It's a compact studio with everything you need, there's nothing to complain about with this price. The location is also nice to reach restaurants, cafes, historical sites and bus station in walking distance. The host is super nice and friendly, you can get an offer from him if you need a car/bike rental.

It was very close to the center and inside the room was so cute, its also so good for long term staying. I just stayed 3 night but It felt like home.

It’s in a quite quiet place, very close to the old city center. The fridge was stocked with free drinking water for us, the beds are really comfortable, best sleep we’ve had away from home.
We arranged airport transfer with the owner, on the way back he even took us on a short tour of Antimachia, since we weren’t there during our stay.
