Stay here for a weekend. Maxim was very helpful and also the rest of the team. The only backdrop is that no water heater in the room ..but u can ask for hot water from the receptionist. And thhey are very helpful . Even with my heavy luggage while checkin and checkout.

Hotel Des Alpes' location is ideal. it is just a stone's throw away from the train station (3 min walk) and the center (5 min walk). The service of the staff is wonderful. They are professional, helpful and always cheerful. They recommended to us a place for dinner which turned out to be very good! For improvement, we suggest that the property install air confitioners in their rooms as an electric fan is not good enough during summer.

역이랑 가까워서 좋았고 특히 안시호랑 가까워서 최고였어요! 근처에 마트나 기념품샵도 있고 위치가 너무 좋았습니다.

작지만 깔끔하고 아기자기한 호텔

안시라는 도시 자체가 그닥 넓지는 않지만, 역에서 그닥 멀지 않고, 스태프도 친절하며, 깔끔하고 무엇보다 화장실이 넓어서 좋았습니다.
복도와 엘리베이터가 좁고 천장이 조금 낮지만, 운치 있고 좋았습니다.

역에서 가깝고, 호수에서도 가깝고, 작지만 깔끔하고 편안함

사진과는 전혀다른 방. 1층은 여인숙 수준.

더블룸 예약했는데. 사진과는 전혀다른 1층 여인숙 같은 방을 줬음. 창문도 반지하 창문같이 매우 작아 방이 어둡고. 바닥 카펫도 더러웠음. 여기서 자고 발목에 두드러기 생김. 이게 베드버그인지 모르겠으나 계속 가려움. 절대비추!!!!!! 안시 자체가 볼게 별로 없음!!!

I stayed at 3th floor and It has lift. The room are nice and clean. The staff and nice and helpfull.

A small hotel with great location

hotel du nord is in the great location. it's very close to train station and annecy old town. hotel staff are kindness and really help us. a family room is big enough for 4 adults, the bed are comfortable and the bathroom is o.k. the only complaint of the hotel is about a small elevator, that may be from the hotel structure limitation.

We enjoyed our stay, but the rooms were very small and would be very difficult to get to for older or disabled people – lots of stairs to some rooms.
Central location to shops and bars. Car parking just across road in secure car park, that has an arrangement with the hotel.

Nice hotel experience

We absolutely recommend the hotel. It is a good quality place and worth the price.

The breakfast is very good. A buffet with lots to choose from, fresh baguette and croissants. Staff very friendly, nice, clean rooms and excellent location for both train station and the old part of town.

We could pay in cash the final day because the hotel did not receive very big notes.
Also, we left quite early in the morning and the hot water was not turned on.

Parfait

Un accueil d’une grande qualité par l’ensemble du personnel.
L’emplacement est idéal au coeur d’Annecy et à deux pas de la gare.
La chambre est bien équipée et très propre. Quant au petit déjeuner, tout est fait pour que vous vous régaliez !

Le centre d'Annecy n'est pas grand. L'hôtel est situé à 5 min de la gare mais pas en face des rails. En même temps vous êtes à 2 pas des canaux et de l'activité (bars, restaurants…)
Très bien pour se retrouver avant de reprendre le train de très bon matin.
Personnel super sympathique.
Notre chambre était un peu ri-kiki mais pas grave pour une courte nuit.

Typically French 2 star hotel. Perfect location right in the centre, next to the lake and canal. The boat station is just round the corner. Perfect for a stop over.

Stay away from this hotel”

Although the manager/owner was friendly and helpful, the hotel and especially room condition is deplorable. Things are falling apart inside the room, with cracked mirror, fallen down switch plate, etc. There are steps to go up to the hotel lobby, not a good idea for an old person with knee problem – this should've been specified on the website. There are plenty hotels nearby and the town is small and charming, the little extra walk (if any) will be much worthy than booking this hotel.

Over priced, lazy staff, bed bugs?”

Disappointing. Room we were initially allocated for 3 nights on 3rd floor,was very very basic,- no chair, tiny bathroom, no pillows. After complaining we were given another room which while larger, was dark and possibly had fleas (otherwise inexplicable bites). Staff were helpful when pushed, but offered little and reception was left unattended for hours at a time. Nothing really worked properly, TV , wifi, lights, and parking arrangements proved difficult to sort out and ultimately expensive.
