Never again

Situation was good. It is very near the city centre

Many things related to the staff.
First I was urges to arrive at a certain time. I recieved a pair of SMS and I had to arrange arriving at a certain tome. It seems it is also a restaurant and they are not open on mondays (I think it is Mondays).
2.- the staff seems more interested in finishing their work than in pleasing the customer. For instance when I asked them about the breakfast they said they didn’t have pastries and they seemed relieved when we decided to have breakfast by our own.
3- We had to leave the keys near the door because they were cleaning and there was no one around.
4- when we were in the car mu daughter missed her e-book. She came back to ask them to check the room. She was told there was nothing left in the room. As I contacted the property via booking messages I got a message saying they found the E-book. I asked them to sent it home because we were far from the hotel ( in another country). They said they would, but even though I have messaged them three o r four times I haven’t got any reply.

In conclusion: I’d just book if I couldn’t find any other hotel in the city or nearby.

Great location of the hotel in the very historical center. Near paid parking for cars. Clean linens.

Dirty floor. Dirty bathroom: there was hair in the bidet, used soap stuck in the bathtub, showing that the bathroom had not been cleaned. Why in such a touristy place the staff hardly speaks any language other than French?

Clean if basic rooms, quiet, very central location, pleasant staff.

No toiletries, basic if cheap breakfast.

Breakfast was ok. Quiet room despite a very central location.

No solution for parking problems at the nearby parking place the day before Market. We found a really cheap and good one ourselves, but the staff should know this. Loud musik playing during check in while we tried to communicate with the not very professional staff. Insufficient amount of toilet papir. We had to ask for more several times. The room was not cleaned and the bed not mad during our 3 nigth stay. Room and bed was very small and really more of a single room rather than double room.

Location was excellent for walking around the old town and car park was notveryfar away.

Wifi が使えない。受付辺りでは通じるが、客室は電波が弱いので使えないと、平然と答える。
朝食が酷い。ぱん、ブラックコーヒー、オレンジジュース、ジャム、バターはフランスのホテルではよくあるが、その中でも最悪だった。割高なので、近所のパン屋で朝食を済ませるべし。

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu passer la nuit prévue dans cet établissement suite à un accident grave. j'ai envoyé 2 messages au propriétaire, restés sans réponse. J'ai payé la nuit alors que nous n'avons pas pu venir. J'attendais au moins une réponse aux messages envoyés.

Manque d'humanisme visiblement. J'attendais une réponse aux mails envoyés.

belle vue sur les toits dans une chambre sous les toits inappropriée pour une quadri-amputée

L'emplacement central est parfait de même qu'au 4 ieme etage avec une vue sur les toits dont ceux de la tour horloge absolument magnifique !!

Ayant précisé auparavant après le booking que mon épouse était handicapée sans préciser qu'elle était quadri-amputéee, nous sommes arrvés vers 18:15 avec plusieures personnes aperçues arrivées après nous …
nous avons du monter par des petits escalliers étroits 4 étages jusqu'au haut du toit.
La personne à l'accueil n'a absolument rien voulu savoir pour nous donner une autre chambre au premier ou second étage et m'a juste proposé de me porter ma valise me permettant d'aider mon épouse pour monter tous les escalliers.
La TV était dépourvue de télécommande et, après appel, la personne est venue le constater et m(a dit que celle-ci avait du etre emportée.. mais qu'après essai de réglage que le cable de connexion étaiyt mal isolé.
Ma demande de petit plan de la ville n'a pa spu etre satisfaite

Chambre etite, vétuste et usée (tapisserie tachée et qui se décolle, rideau de douche taché…). Lit plutôt inconfortable. Tuyauterie qui fuit.

à éviter en dehors de l'ouverture de la réception

je n'ai pas pu récupérer mes clés pour accéder à la chambre après la fermeture de la réception, alors que j'avais contacté l'hôtel au préalable, pour signaler mon arrivée tardive. je n'ai pas reçu le code permettant d'accéder aux boitiers avec les clés.
Etant donné que c'était la haute saison je n'ai pas trouvé d'autres chambres dans les hôtels alentours et ai dû passer la nuit dans ma voiture.

Les chambres sont très belles le cabinet de toilette est spacieux et agréable
Seul bémol la moquette qui aurait besoin d' un shampooing mais qui reste acceptable
Proposition faite à l accueil de la possibilité de nous rendre à la piscine au spa de l hôtel – fort sympathique !!!!
Au personnel : restez Simples !et avenants

That room cost as much a third of what we payed

Noisy, very noisy inside although its a quite place. We kicked so many times our calfs with the wooden bed corner, no space to pass. Extremelly expensive for what it is.
