Very responsible host and nice area”

There was a little problem with electricity when we got to the unit, but the host responsed very well and solved the problem.
We loved its facilities and beautiful beach near the resorts.
Can reach the beach only 3 to 5 mins.(even less)

Tempat ok bersih, cuma bg saya yg biasa travel ini adalah pertama kali rasa leceh utk check in. Nak kena ambil pass kat tempat lain dulu baru gerak ke tmpat hotel. Lepas tu kata free kanak2 tp kena cas juga. Janji nak sedia kan toto, tp sampai tiada pun. Tidak berbaloi dgn harga yg dikenakan. Dalam Agoda tulis king tp dpt queen. Rasa macam tertipu.

untuk apartment sy berpuas hati dengan kebersihan dan keselesaan, ianya dijaga dengan baik. Apartment sgt luas sesuai untul keluarga yg ada anak2 kecil yg aktif. Cuma suasana diluar apartment agak sunyi sebab banyak unit kosong. waktu baru sampai agak terkejut dgn keadaan luar apartment yg usang, risau jugak kalau ada apa2 gangguan waktu malam. Tapi alhamdulillah unit apartmen sgt selesa dan tiada pengalaman seram waktu menginap disini.Kolam dan pantai sangat cantik, anak-anak sangat suka.

Our stay was a memorable one in Tiara. Location was great and staff attended to requests promptly. Will definitely come again.

Not recommended.. chck in chck out procedure is terrible.. out of standard practice.. chck in at 4pm and staff (working remotely) only inform to get special pass to enter premise at chck in.. need to detour to get the pass because I already arrived at tiara @3.45pm.. chck out at 11am and need to return the pass to location at 11am.. if late will be charge rm20 per 15minutes block.. hence you need to leave the room earlier than 11am.. room got no tv.. only projector that need wifi but wifi unable to connect, so frustrated.. room look grand but unnecessary furniture make the room too crowded.. this will be the last one for me to book with this provider..

Great location. Far from busy road and many facilities can be use. I enjoy playing snooker with my friends but the only things that they don’t provide here is wifi.

Address from Agoda is different, the pool table hard to play place too small the room too dusty, still have cockroaches,bedroom all very dusty, bed very hard, blanket to think. I can said totally cannot make it.

Need to improve convenience ”

This room is separate from Tiara Desaru Hotel but under Tiara. Staff and room facilities are quite good. But location and environment is quiet notice. Location far from other hotel, restaurant and bar. Not easy to get food, restaurants(restaurants have, not recommended), etc. including cigarette. Beach side is recommended.
We got troublesome about food. If you are food lover or seafood lover don’t choose. You should bring some snack, instant noodles, coffee when you choose this place. Not only dehome but also Tiara Desaru Hotel.

Great stay”

We had a fantastic stay apart you need to collect the hotel keys on different area. This room suitable for small family with kids. The cleanliness was good although there a few area that could have been improved. The staff was friendly and intentive. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property for a great value for money

They dont respond to your message i have to wait for their reply. We are not coming for free already booked and paid online but to get more information thru the property it's so difficult.we booked last minute from Kuala lumpur late in the evening and when they reply they keep on changing from one person to another person. It was so annoying. Will never recommend or book in this place again. Agoda,!!!!such a bad process you are!!!!!

Overall was good stay. Only disappointed when collect access card far away from accommodation and last minute requested for big amount deposit rm 300. Should indicate in apps when viewing. Thank you

2 rooms apartment, Nice and Cosy. ”

Nice and comfortable to stay. All facilities were nicely prepared with high quality kitchen utensils.

Nice homestay but in the middle of nowhere ”

The apartment itself is nice and the beach as well, but desaru beach is way nicer. The problem is that it’s in the middle of nowhere. The condo only has a very limited mini mart and that’s it, no sunbeds at the pool, nothing at the beach, restaurants can only be found in other hotels which are like at least a 10 minute drive away.
Furthermore, the landlord agency is not cooperative! On the day of arrival they suddenly requested a deposit via bank transfer and we were forced to pick up a visitor pass at a laundry shop which is by far not on the way and a 15 minute extra drive from the apartment (and taxi or grab drivers are very rare). If you are a family with small kids and an own car, we could recommend that place as the pool is very nice for kids, but else wouldn’t recommend
