Was grateful to the helpful staff who helped my friend who got pickpocketed on the train on the way to Annecy by helping us write a translation of what happened in French for us to make a police report.
The hotel is located just a few minutes walk to Lake Annecy, which is a huge plus.

Good location, just 5 mins walk to the sea and city centre. parking is available nearby and its free. You dont have to worry about it. Room is cozy and well maintained.

Wonderful

The beds were so comfortable! The best ones we had in a very long road trip with over 5 different places in 2 weeks. I wish every bed would be this comfortable. Also the host is really friendly and helpful, I recommend staying here 100%! The location is really incredible, you are in the middle of the old town and just 10min away from the lake. We had the best time here. I recommend the private boat tour as well.

J'ai apprécié la literie du lit, la salle de bain refaite, les miroirs, la propriété de l'appart.

L'accès à l'appart est très très vétuste, porte d'entrée, couloir et escaliers, ne convient absolument pas aux personnes en surpoids, aux handicapées. Situé dans une arrière cours. Vraiment dommage, gros points négatifs.

위치가 너무너무 좋아요. 엘레베이터도 있고 건물이 좋습니다. 호스트께서도 친절하시고 응답이 빨라서 필요한 피드백을 바로바로 받을 수 있었어요. 또 아파트도 예쁘게 꾸며져 있고 웬만한 필요한 물품들이 다 구비되어 있습니다. 저는 혼자 지냈는데 두명이서 지내면 딱일듯! 강력추천 🙂

Lovely base for a visit to Annecy Old Town, parking very close by.

This is a lovely apartment on the third floor of an old block, very nicely finished and furnished. Big kitchen with a charming assortment of old crockery and glassware as well a modern cookwhere – pleasantly quirkly. Good bathroom, and a bedroom/sitting room overlooking the street. Easy (and quite cheap – 12.50E overnight) parking in La Poste carpark about 50m away. Takes about 3 minutes to get into the lovely old town on foot.

There was a little noise from the street despite the shutters, but that's the price you pay for being right by the old town centre.

Exceptional

The location was super central and the apartment incredibly elegant, spacious, and comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and has everything one might need in a home away from home (espresso machine included!). It proved to be the perfect place for a French escape!

Everything was perfect. There is no free parking on the premises, but a free parking was only 15 mins and a beautiful lakeside walk away from the flat.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Perfect for a city break as 3min walk to the train station. Also very close to shops restaurants and main sights of the city, such as the lake. The host made us feel very welcome.

Nous cherchions spécifiquement un logement avec climatisation pour notre bébé de 4 mois. Malheureusement il n'y avait qu'un climatiseur d'appoint dans le coin cuisine, ce qui était parfaitement inefficace pour rafraîchir les chambres pendant cette semaine de canicule. Nous avons aussi déploré l'absence de volets extérieurs qui auraient pu aider un peu. Le ventilateur de la chambre n'avait plus sa grille de protection, plutôt dangereux quand on a des enfants.
Le parking est très étroit, quasiment impossible de garer un SUV.
L'immeuble est vieillot et bruyant (mauvaise isolation et situé au bord de la route principale).
Appartement propre en apparence mais il ne faut pas regarder dans les recoins ni les tiroirs qui n'ont pas été nettoyés.
La cuisine manque d'équipements, un seul verre à vin, pas de couteau de cuisine, une bouilloire pleine de calcaire.
Il y a un lave linge qui ne fait pas sèche linge, malheureusement il n'y a pas d'étendoir à linge.
Le détecteur de fumée est démonté et posé sur une étagère. Des fils électriques sont à nu dans le salon. Pas top pour la sécurité des enfants.
Wifi et box sont très lents.
Un ensemble bien décevant pour le prix payé.

Bon emplacement mais mal entretenu

L’emplacement est très bien, notamment avec la plage à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux . La réactivité des loueurs.

Malheureusement il est très mal équipé dans la cuisine (2verres à vin dont un ébréché, pas de couteau de cuisine, une machine à café qui fuit etc). Les équipements ne sont pas entretenus (un ventilateur cassé sans protection, la prise du radiateur cassée avec les fils électriques qui pendent). Et enfin le nettoyage du sol mal fait, dès le premier jour nous avions les pieds noirs, il a fallu nous meme repasser l’aspirateur et la serpillère.

Un bon séjour a Annecy

L'appartement était bien placé, à 15 min à pied du centre d'Annecy.
Draps, serviettes toilettes, gels douche, cuisine équipée, tout était à disposition. La climatisation a été utile la 2eme nuit car le temps était chaud ce We fin mai.
Appartement très propre, récemment rénové. Ne pas se fier à l'aspect extérieur de l'immeuble, un peu ancien.
Nous avons eu la chance d'arriver alors qu'il restait deux places dans le petit parking privé derrière l'immeuble et nous avons ensuite tout fait à pied. heureusement car le WE était très fréquenté avec plusieurs manifestations, un monde fou, tous les parkings payants de la ville étaient complets. Le clés nous ont été remises très rapidement à l'heure convenue (même en avance puisque l'appartement n'avait pas été loué avant).
Un conseil: nous avions réservé à l'avance les restaurants et les locations de vélo pour faire le tour du lac et nous avions bien fait car Annecy est très touristique et il y avait plusieurs manifestations. WE de 3 jours très réussi.

Immeuble ancien, très sonore, au-dessus de trois feux et d'un bar brasserie,une des avenues les plus passantes d'Annecy.
Si vous n'êtes ni sourd, ni en période de confinement, fuyez.

Annecy역과 도보3분거리라 너무 좋았어요. 메인스트리트도 15분 정도라 구경하면서 걷기 좋았구요
숙소 예약시 요청했던 내용이 전달이 안되어 난감했는데 잘 처리해주었습니다.
사용하진 않았지만 세탁실도 있었고 룸도 쾌적하고 넓은편이라 편하게 머물수 있었습니다. 가족동반 여행객에게 추천합니다.

엘리베이터는 좀 작았지만 시설 깔끔하고 직원들 다 친절했어요~

플릭스버스, 기차역과 가까워서 이동하기 편안했습니다. (호수와는 도보로 10-15분정도 소요됩니다)
식기류가 완벽하게 구비되어있어 장봐서 요리해먹기 좋았습니다. 건물이 사용감이 느껴지기는 하지만 전반적으로 깔끔하고 직원들도 매우 친절해서 머무르기 편안했습니다. 소파침대도 슬라이딩 형식이어서 접이식 침대보다는 편했습니다. 가족단위 여행객에게 추천드립니다!

유럽의 낡은 호텔이 아닌 한국식 콘도같은 깨끗한 숙소 입니다. 안시 자체가 작아서 호텔에서 걸어서 다 다닐수 있고 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 좋습니다.

Good location, clean

Close to Annecy bus & train station, you can cook inside the apartment, coffee machine provided, good simple breakfast, only downside is the lift. There are only 2 lifts and 1 lift is broken down during our stay and we have to wait for 10-15mins to go inside the lift.

Perfect hotel at town

Best location. Near to train station. If you have a car don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Staff is also cooperating and friendly. Mall is few minutes away. Pizza Hut is also near to the hotel 😊

Great location

We had a great time staying in Adagio, the 2 bedroom apartment is big enough for 5 of us. Kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was good, except that the furnishings/cupboards and bathrooms are a little worn out. Location is the best because it's just next to the railway station and you can easily walk to the old town to discover Annecy.

Studio apartments are extremely tiny, it’s uncomfortable if you’re more than 2 in a booking. Toilet is separated with no little sink in the toilet to wash hands. Location is great as it’s walking distance into the city center , but overall wasn’t the best stay. The elevator in the building is also extremely old, always stops at ground floor if you trying to go between your room floor and parking floor, which gets a bit annoying when carting luggage.

Clean & spacious room but understaffed with only 1 rude reception staff before 5pm causing a slight que to form.
No staff after 5pm, need to key in passcode to enter the hotel.

Handy multi-night stay

As an apartment-hotel, definitely handy to have a mini kitchen at your disposal. Well equipped and clean.

Two things that were slightly disappointing for us:
1. Shower curtains were too long for the bath tub size/height. The bottoms were annoying during a shower, and they were dirty from long exposure to dampness.
2. Mattress was not comfortable. Not a deal breaker, but it still caused the lowest sleep quality for the duration of our trip.

The common area has a foosball table and some simple board games. Nice on a rainy day or after a long day of strolling around the city.

Now i know aparthotel is

Simple cooking is possible but traveling to this beautiful city with lots of good restaurants around. I do not see the necessity of cooking equipments and all that. Expensive yet useless

Really upset with outcome

I have booked this hotel for the wrong night by mistake and just realized in my way to the hotel. I called the hotel and the staff that spoke to me couldn’t care less about my situation and told me that although they had available room for that night she couldn’t change my reservation. I would be happy if they had at least tried to help me, even if it was charging a date change fee or offering a discount to reebok a room. But the staff Just said I had to pay for a new reservation in a very cold and careless way. I asked to speak to the manager and she pretended she did ( because she put me on jold for 2 seconds , which no way she could had had time to explain the situation to anybody) and got back to me and said there was nothing they could do. I understand the mistake was mine, but I think everybody makes mistakes and we should at least try to help. I would never book this hotel again.
